Check it out, so per 100grams, spinach only has 23 calories! THATS CRAZY! Almost nothing! If you ate 1 pound of spinach, you would only be eating roughly 100 calories! You can eat pounds and pounds of this stuff, and never ever gain weight. LIKE MAGIC!
Now here’s the real kicker, for every 100 calories of spinach, you’re getting 13 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber! If you are vegetarian and vegan and need to get your protein in, spinach is an excellent OPTION! With some low calorie dressing and lean protein, you can make a tasty muscle building salad!
Strawberries are one of the healthiest and lowest calorie fruits you can eat! Strawberries contain TONS of awesome vitamins, minerals and are PACKED with fiber!
Per 100 grams, you are only getting 33 calories. If you ate 1 pound of strawberries, you are eating roughly 150 calories and getting 9 grams of fiber!
Use strawberries to complement any frozen healthy dessert, or put in your smoothies for very little calories! The extra fiber will help you feel more full and prevent you from eating TOO MUCH!

Per serving, most non-fat Greek yogurts have only 120 calories per serving and 20+ grams of protein per serving! Not only is Greek yogurt extremely high in protein, but contains many probiotics that are good for gut health and digestion!

For the most part, potatoes get a bad rap due to the way they are usually prepared. Of course, foods such as mash potatoes and French fries are loaded with lots of butter, oil and extra calories that make fat loss difficult. However potatoes on their own are not as bad as everyone thinks they are!
