Here’s a little more about Debbie: Trained in MMA for 4 years and was introduced to Crossfit and from there was hooked. I’m a thrill seeker so I bungee jumped multiple times, jumped off the stratosphere in Vegas, and went skydiving for my 40th birthday. The more it scares me the more I want to do it.
