HIT Fit is a cross-training, total health gym that focuses on getting you in the best shape of your life through high intensity training. All of our programs follow the philosophy of keeping your heart rate high during your 1-hr workout so that you burn the maximum amount of calories while building strength and conditioning. Our expert HIT Fit coaches lead and design the workouts, whether you are doing semi-private or group classes to help get you on track and in the zone.
HIT Fit believes in fitness for EVERYbody and everyBODY. All body types are welcome and this is a total no-judgement zone. Our goal is simple, to help you onramp into being the healthiest version of yourself. We have prescribed programs and coaches for people new to fitness, or with specific weight loss or health goals. We recommend you start with our free intro/light workout and strategy session so you and a coach can develop your fitness goals and plan together. Our coaches will develop a fitness plan with you to work around injuries and provide alternatives or scaled workouts. We believe everyone should exercise and improve their health and vitality and our trainers can help you work around your limitations and get stronger.
