F2 Foundational Fitness – focus on weight loss, toning, strength training, and functional, foundational fitness.

Monday-Friday: 5:30a, 9:30a, 5:30p (except Fri)
Saturday: 9:30a

HIT FIT Advanced Cross Training – more intense cross training including intermediate and advanced movements.

Monday-Friday: 5:00a, 7:00a, 9:00a, Noon, 4:00p, 5:15p
Saturday: 7:00a, 9:00a

Kids Varsity – Athletic training for 8 – 12 years olds to get healthy, strong, play and sweat.

Monday-Thursday 4:30p
Saturday 11am

Cardio Club Conditioning – classes that are fun and fast-paced, that melt the icky stuff while getting you healthy.

Sunday 8 am

Semi-Privates – Small-Group Personalized Training for greater instruction & attention.
