HIT Fit April-June 2021 Schedule

What’s up HIT Fit fam! Hope you are all having a fantastic week! We wanted to give everyone a heads-up on the new schedule for April-June 2021. It is going to go into effect April 1st. We have new offerings and some minor scheduling updates! We are SUPER DUPER excited to announce our new programming.

Cardio Club – New Times added Tuesday 6 AM and Thursday 6 PM.

First on the list, we are adding in more HIT Fit Cardio Club sessions to the schedule! For those new to HIT Fit Cardio Club, these sessions are built on activity-based high intensity workouts that burn calories and increase metabolic conditioning. This is one of our most jam-packed sessions on the weekends, so we want to make sure all of our members get a chance to experience the burn! Access to Cardio Club is included in your membership and is perfect for both HIT Fit and F2 regulars. We will be adding in additional classes on Tuesday’s at 6am and Thursday’s at 6pm. Make sure you are reserving your spots on Wodify because these are sure to fill up fast! 

NEW Class: BAD(Ass) Mommy Classes – 10:30-11:30 AM Monday-Friday

We are stoked to announce the addition of our BAD(Ass) MOMMY class! This class is designed for kick ass moms who want to get their mid morning sweat on. These sessions include muscle toning, fat burning, kick ass movements that are guaranteed to get you into the best shape of your life. Have kids? Not a problem! Bring them with you and include them in on the fun from the comfort of their stroller. Kids are optional! BAD(ASS) MOMMY will be held 10:30am to 11:30am, Monday – Friday! 

HIT FIT Teen/Youth Athletics – Monday-Thursday at 5 PM

Attn: PARENTS – we will be adding in a HIT Fit Teen/Youth Athletic program for 13-18 year olds. The purpose of this class is to provide teens and athletes from 13-18, a dedicated program for their needs, whether it’s increasing strength, sports/agility movements, or general fitness.

We are also adding in more Varsity Kids classes. From Monday to Thursday, we are offering two classes in the afternoon, 3:45-4:30 pm and 4:30-5:15 pm, which is for 8 to 12 year olds (we will take 7 and 13 years old on a case by case basis).

“HIT Fit Lunch” is now “LUNCH HOUR”

HIT Fit Lunch is being renamed Lunch Hour and it will offer programming for ALL members – from HIT Fit, to F2, advanced, to beginners – with active options by the coaches. If you want to get a workout in, the Lunch Hour is always a healthy choice to squeeze into your busy day! It’s 45 minutes long!

SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS

Semi-Private are the best sessions we offer, and they have now been optimized around popular times, early, mid-day and late! This gives our semi-private clients even more times to choose from to get the best workouts possible. Semi-private workouts provide greater personalization and 1 on 1 instruction opportunities.

Sometimes changes are going to be made as well for our existing group fitness classes. 

HIT Fit evening workout during the week is being shifted to 6:00 – 7:00 pm. We wanted to give our members who work a normal 8-5 job an opportunity to make it to the evening HIT Fit sessions on time. The HIT Fit later workout times will now be 4 pm and 6 pm. In addition, we will have an open gym for our members from 5:00 – 7:00 pm on Fridays in the red room.

New F2 Session Times – Great News! Our current F2 Sessions are overflowing and filling up so fast that we are happy to announce that we are opening up an additional 7:30am class every single day. Join us Monday through Saturday! Can’t make the morning class? We’re also bringing back our Friday sessions at 5:30 pm.

F2 Clients – the following additional classes are available in your membership:

  • 7:30 am Monday through Saturday
  • 5:30 pm Friday
  • Lunch Hour – every day 45 min lunch workout at Noon
  • Cardio Club Tuesday AM at 6:00 am and Thursday at 6:00 pm
  • Bad(Ass) Mommy Class 10:30am Monday-Friday – Strollers OK. Kids optional!
