Our Group Hold Police
This is not a termination agreement. It’s just a pause for our group fitness programs.
Group Membership holds are a minimum of 2-weeks and are $6 per week, rather than being charged your normal membership amount. This covers the expenses of HIT Fit’s insurance, wodify/software, programming, staffing, and administrative costs to maintain your membership as active.
1. Hold requests need to be submitted five days (5) before the next scheduled billing date. Membership hold requests received with less notice will be processed the following week.
2. You can hold your membership for as long as you need, but two (2) weeks is the minimum hold period.
3. Once your hold period that you pick is completed, your account will automatically un-hold and regular membership payments will resume.
Semi Private
This is not a termination agreement. It’s just a pause for your semi-private memberships.
If you are a SEMI-PRIVATE client, and you go out of town for work and/or on vacation, you can take up to (2) two, free one (1)-week-long holds. This is a total of 2-weeks of free holds. We must receive a hold at least 5 days in advance to get it implemented for the following week.
Additional holds beyond the two (2) free week-long holds are available for 2 week increments (vacation, work trips, etc.) and for any reason and for any duration. There is a hold fee of $6 per week. This covers the expenses of HIT Fit’s insurance, wodify/software, programming, staffing, and administrative costs to maintain your membership as active. We must receive a hold at least 5 days in advance to get it implemented for the following week.
